Dealing with the upper face usually involves a brow lift or eyelid surgery, something we call blepheroplasty.
The brow lift can be done through small incisions using an endoscopic telescope, and this is quite different from years ago where a large incision was made across the scalp. It's less invasive, quicker recovery and less damage to the hair and scalp.
Eyelid surgery (brow lift) can involve the upper eyelids, we call this an upper blepharoplasty, and usually involves removing skin and excess fatty tissue.
The lower eyelids involve an incision just underneath the lash line, extending into the crow's feet, and this is a good procedure to remove excess skin or crapeness of the lower lids, but also puffiness or fat bags.
