One of the best things we do in plastic surgery is a mid face lift. It can be done in conjunction with a lower lid blepharoplasty (brow lift).
The incision is the same incision as the lower eyelids, but it goes beyond the lower eyelids into the cheek, into the mid face.
We release the connections that bind the tissue there and lift it up with a single suture, and it's the best suture in all of face lifts plastic surgery.
The mid face lift restores a youthful full cheek line. It also helps with pulling up the jowls.
